    2. Address

    3. Date of Birth

    4. Contact telephone number & email address

    5. Competition you wish to enter

  • Each competition has a maximum ticket number per person, clearly stated on the competition page. Attempts to exceed this limit may result in disqualification.

  • Winners will be selected using a randomised draw process.

  • Draws are conducted live on Facebook and announced on the website to ensure transparency.

  • An independent third-party random number generator may also be used.

  • The decision of the Promoter regarding the draw is final and binding.

  • Winners will be contacted directly via telephone and/or email using the details provided at entry.

If a winner is unable to provide satisfactory proof within 14 days of the request, we reserve the right to disqualify them and select a new winner in their place.

• Prize details are described clearly on the competition page.

• No cash alternative is offered unless stated.

• Prizes are non-transferable and non-refundable.

• Prizes will be delivered within 30 days of confirming the winner’s details.

• Any third-party gift cards (e.g., Gymshark) are subject to the provider’s own terms and validity period.

• Entry fees are non-refundable except in the case of cancellation of the competition.

• The Promoter reserves the right to cancel or substitute the prize with a cash alternative or reschedule the competition. Full communication will be given via email is this scenario.

• By entering, you agree that we may publish your first name, initial of surname, and general location if you win.

• We will not publish contact details or sensitive data without your explicit consent.

At Essential Comps, we encourage all participants to enter competitions responsibly and within their means.
